Estate Planning and Probate

At Jenkins & Young, P.C., we believe that now is always the right time to ensure your estate reflects your wishes. You do not want to leave your heirs left in the dark, or entangled in sometimes messy court proceedings.

Our experienced attorneys can help make sure your wishes are established with appropriate wills, trusts, and other documentation, and that those wishes will be properly executed.

Things to consider

There are many critical considerations that go into the planning of an estate:

  • Do you have an up-to-date will? If not, a court will make certain assumptions and dispense with your estate as it sees fit.
  • Will your minor children be cared for by someone of your choosing?
  • Have all tax consequences been taken into consideration so all possible assets go to your loved ones?
